We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and close to several nice plazas. It was also convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as the Santa Rita waterfall. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. They even offered an airport shuttle service, which was very convenient for us. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture. The hotel also provided free toiletries and a washing machine, which was a nice touch. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing, with a sun terrace and outdoor dining area where we could enjoy our meals. We also appreciated the wide range of activities available, such as hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and even yoga classes. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and quality.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The breakfast had a great variety of dishes and I loved that they had vegan options available. The location was really convenient, close to the main square and all the restaurants and shops. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well.
I stayed here over Thanksgiving and they didn't offer any sort of special dinner or celebration. It would have been nice to have some sort of festive atmosphere or acknowledgment of the holiday.

Great location for exploring the area, with easy access to activities in the valley and a beautiful plaza nearby. Clean facilities and comfortable rooms decorated with a classic and stylish touch. Helpful and friendly staff who offered useful information and excellent recommendations. Delicious breakfast served under an avocado tree in the hotel's backyard.
Could not be improved in any way.

The breakfast was decent and was included in the room price, which was nice. the location was great since it was near the town center and the transportation hub, which meant it was easy to get around. we appreciated the comfortable and clean room, which provided a cozy place to rest after a long day of exploring.
The lack of amenities, as there were no extra toiletries or refreshments in the room. Even though the hotel was situated in a relatively quiet area, the noise from the street was often audible in the room, which made it difficult to sleep.
